Welcome to the Reavue Affiliate Program (the "Program"). This Affiliate Program Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation as an affiliate ("Affiliate," "you," "your") promoting Reavue's services ("Service") available at https://reavue.com ("Site"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Policy, as well as Reavue's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Reavue ("Reavue," "we," "us," "our") reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice, as described in Section 10.
2.1 Eligibility: Participation in the Program is open to individuals and entities who register for a Reavue account and agree to this Policy. Reavue reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application or participation at its sole discretion, without needing to provide a reason.
2.2 Enrollment: To enroll, you must typically activate the affiliate feature within your Reavue account dashboard, where you will receive access to your unique affiliate tracking link ("Affiliate Link").
3.1 Affiliate Link: Upon enrollment, you will be provided with a unique Affiliate Link to track referrals. You are solely responsible for ensuring your Affiliate Link is used correctly in your promotions.
3.2 Cookie Tracking: When a potential customer clicks on your Affiliate Link, a cookie will be placed on their browser to track your referral. This cookie remains active for fourteen (14) days ("Cookie Duration").
3.3 Last Click Attribution: Commissions are attributed based on the **last click** model. If a referred user clicks on multiple affiliate links before signing up, the affiliate whose link was clicked *last* before the signup event will receive credit for the referral, provided the signup occurs within the Cookie Duration.
3.4 Tracking Limitations: Reavue is not responsible for commissions lost due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to the referred user clearing their cookies, using cookie-blocking software, incorrect use of the Affiliate Link, or technical tracking errors.
3.5 Referred User Benefit: Users who successfully sign up for a Reavue account through a valid Affiliate Link within the Cookie Duration will receive a 20% discount on their Reavue credit purchases or subscription fees for the first one (1) month following their signup date.
4.1 Commission Rate: Subject to the terms of this Policy, you will earn a commission of twenty percent (20%) on qualifying purchases made by users you refer ("Referred Users").
4.2 Commission Calculation Basis: Commissions are calculated based on the net amount received by Reavue from the Referred User's qualifying purchases. The "net amount" is the total amount paid by the Referred User less any discounts (including the initial 20% referral discount), taxes, payment processing fees (charged by Stripe, PayPal, etc.), refunds, and chargebacks.
4.3 Commission Earning Window: You are eligible to earn commissions only on qualifying purchases made by a Referred User within the first six (6) months immediately following the Referred User's successful signup date via your Affiliate Link.
4.4 Qualifying Purchases: Commissions are earned on any purchases on our website made by Referred Users during the 6-month earning window. Reavue reserves the right to exclude certain products, services, or promotional offers from commission eligibility at its discretion.
4.5 Refunds and Chargebacks: If a Referred User receives a refund or initiates a chargeback for a purchase on which a commission was credited to you, Reavue will deduct the corresponding commission amount from your affiliate balance. If your balance is insufficient, future earnings may be withheld to cover the deduction.
4.6 Commission Reporting: You can view your referral statistics and earned commissions through your Reavue affiliate dashboard.
5.1 Payment Threshold: Commissions are eligible for withdrawal once your earned and approved commission balance reaches a minimum of ten US Dollars ($10.00) or ten Euros (€10.00) ("Payment Threshold").
5.2 Withdrawal Methods: Approved commissions exceeding the Payment Threshold can be withdrawn via:
5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-5 business days after submission, subject to verification and processing times by payment providers (PayPal, Stripe).
5.4 Automatic Withdrawals: You may opt-in for automatic monthly withdrawals via **Bank Transfer (Stripe Connect Express only)**. If enabled, your approved commission balance exceeding the Payment Threshold will be automatically paid out between the 1st and 5th day of each month for the previous month's earnings.
5.5 Currency and Conversion: Payouts are made in either US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR), as selected by you where available. Currently, for conversion purposes between internal accounting and payouts, Reavue may use a reference rate (e.g., 1 EUR ≈ 2 USD).
5.6 Payment Fees: Reavue aims to cover standard payout processing fees charged by PayPal or Stripe for sending the commission. However, you are responsible for any fees charged by your own bank for receiving funds or fees related to currency conversion imposed by PayPal or your bank.
5.7 Taxes: You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any and all tax obligations arising from the commissions you earn through the Program. Reavue is not responsible for withholding taxes or providing tax advice. You agree to provide Reavue with any necessary tax documentation upon request (e.g., W-9 for US residents if applicable thresholds are met).
5.8 Failed Payments: Reavue is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect or incomplete payment information provided by you. Please ensure your PayPal email or Stripe Connect bank details are accurate and up-to-date.
6.1 Promotion Methods: You may promote your Affiliate Link using ethical and legal methods, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, email marketing (to your own opt-in lists), and online advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
6.2 Prohibited Activities: The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of commissions:
6.3 Affiliate Disclosure: You MUST clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Reavue whenever you promote your Affiliate Link. This disclosure must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines in the United States and similar requirements in other jurisdictions. Examples include using "#ad," "#sponsored," or stating "As a Reavue affiliate, I earn from qualifying purchases."
6.4 Brand Usage: You may use the name "Reavue" textually to describe the service you are promoting. However, you are **strictly prohibited** from using Reavue's logos, trademarks, or other brand assets in your promotional materials without prior written permission from Reavue.
6.5 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in your promotional activities.
7.1 Self-Referrals: Creating an account through your own Affiliate Link ("self-referral") is strictly prohibited. Commissions generated from self-referrals will be voided.
7.2 Fraudulent Activity: Reavue reserves the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to generating fake signups, manipulating tracking, or violating promotional restrictions. Engaging in fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all commissions.
8.1 Term: This agreement begins upon your enrollment in the Program and continues until terminated by either party.
8.2 Termination by Affiliate: You may terminate your participation at any time by ceasing promotion and notifying Reavue (e.g., via email or account settings if available).
8.3 Termination by Reavue: Reavue may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice (e.g., via email). Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of this Policy, fraudulent activity, inactivity, or changes to the Program structure.
8.4 Effect of Termination: Upon termination:
You and Reavue are independent contractors. Nothing in this Policy creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on Reavue's behalf.
Reavue reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions contained in this Policy at any time and in its sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes, such as by posting a revised version on our Site, sending an email to the address associated with your affiliate account, or notifying you through your affiliate dashboard. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in commission rates, cookie duration, payment procedures, and program rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF A REVISED POLICY WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.
11.1 Disclaimers: REAVUE MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD THROUGH THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, DEALING, OR TRADE USAGE). ADDITIONALLY, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION THAT THE OPERATION OF OUR SITE OR THE AFFILIATE TRACKING WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS.
11.2 Limitation of Liability: REAVUE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (OR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, OR DATA) ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS POLICY OR THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. FURTHER, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING WITH RESPECT TO THIS POLICY AND THE PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL COMMISSIONS PAID OR PAYABLE TO YOU UNDER THIS POLICY IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in France (consistent with your Terms of Use).
